Delivery/Shipping Policy
Currently, our online store is not setup for international orders. Therefore, we only ship our products within the United States. If you live outside of the United States, please contact us at customerservice@fireinthegut.com and we will figure out if there is way for us to get you Fire in the Gut gear.
Once your order is placed, it usually will be shipped within 1-2 business days. Please allow up to 5-7 business days to receive your shirt. All our shipments are sent United Parcel Service Ground unless you specify otherwise.
In the event that an item is not available, we will call or email you with an update.
Return and Refund Policy
All returns must be pre-authorized by Fire in the Gut, Inc. If for some reason the item you selected was not what you wanted or there is a defect, return any item to us in new or unused condition within 30 days of your purchase date. We'll be happy to help you with an exchange, account credit or full refund. If tags are removed, a refund or exchange will NOT be accepted.
Return Procedure:
Contact Customer Service to obtain a return authorization number and state your reason for the return. All returned packages must display the RA # on the outside of the package and a copy of the original invoice or packing slip must accompany the items.

Please ship all returns via a traceable carrier (e.g., United Parcel Service or FedEx). We cannot be responsible for packages that are not traceable.
All returns and exchanges will be processed within 2-3 weeks.
Order Cancellation Policy
All orders are automatically processed on our secure merchant processor and sent for shipment as soon as they are placed. During this process, we incur irreversible fees. Therefore, while we understand that orders might need to be changed sometimes, we are unable to do it free of charge after a certain point. We strictly adhere to the following cancellation policy:
• If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been shipped, we will issue you a full refund.
• If you cancel your order AFTER it has been shipped, please follow our Return and Refund Policy. The cancellation will have to be treated as a Return.
• Orders which are REFUSED AT DELIVERY will be assessed shipping charges and any other applicable fees as a result of the refusal.
